As a way to pay for his college education at Michigan State University, Troy worked his summers and holidays repairing and remodeling real estate. His passion for real estate is what brought him to Southern California in 1985, and in January of 1986, he earned his real estate license and has been a successful Real Estate Agent ever since.
Troy has the dedication and ability to handle the 'soft-touch' often required with first-time home buyers, as well as the sophistication and experience to negotiate the most complicated high-end and multifamily transactions.
Troy holds two real estate specializations along with his Broker’s license: Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) assisting elderly clients.
- Facilitated hundreds of purchase contracts representing both buyers and sellers of residential real estate.
- Have built or substantially remodeled several homes in Newport Beach, California.
- Managed the high-end office of the number one independent real estate brokerage in Orange County out of its Corona del Mar location. Supervised over 75 Real Estate Agents, including training and results overview.
- Recognized in Orange Coast Magazine as a Five-Star Agent every year since 2010 for "Outstanding Service and Overall Satisfaction" by his clients and service providers. Less than 3% of Real Estate Agents receive this honor.

Married to Barbara since 1992, and has two daughters: Kaelin and Helena.
