As a way to pay for his college education at Michigan State University, Troy worked his summers and holidays repairing and remodeling real estate. His passion for real estate is what brought him to Southern California in 1985, and in January of 1986, he earned his real estate license and has been a successful Real Estate Agent ever since.

Troy has the dedication and ability to handle the 'soft-touch' often required with first time home buyers as well as the sophistication and experience to negotiate the most complicated high-end and multifamily transactions.
